Bobby Okereke is the Founder of Nigerian American Football Outreach (NAFO) and an NFL linebacker committed to using sport as a catalyst for opportunity, leadership, and lasting social impact. A respected team captain, Stanford University graduate, and one of the league’s most accomplished defensive players, Bobby combines elite athletic achievement with a lifelong commitment to education, service, and community development. His vision for NAFO is to build a sustainable pathway for American football in Nigeria by investing in athletes, coaches, facilities, and youth development programs that create opportunities both on and off the field.

Drawing on his Nigerian heritage and global platform, Bobby has led the transformation of Nigeria’s national flag football program, serving as General Manager of the men’s and women’s national teams that captured the inaugural African continental championships and qualified for the IFAF World Championships. Through NAFO, he is spearheading initiatives to develop football infrastructure, expand access to the sport, and empower the next generation of leaders through mentorship, education, and community investment. His leadership extends beyond football, with years of service supporting youth organizations, education initiatives, and charitable programs across the United States and Nigeria.
