We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.

NAFO Foundation is a sports driven organization focused on empowering African youth through American Football and Flag Football development. Our mission is to create opportunities for athletes by building structured pathways that connect grassroots talent to education, mentorship, international exposure, and professional opportunities. We believe sports can serve as a vehicle for social mobility, leadership development, youth empowerment, and community transformation across Africa.

From training camps to talent identification, we fund the programs that give athletes the tools they need to compete at the highest level.

Coaching & Education

We invest in coaches and sports administrators to raise the standard of American and Flag Football across Nigeria and Africa.

Equipment & Logistics

We make sure athletes can show up and perform — covering equipment, travel, and everything in between.

Wellness & Mentorship

We support the whole athlete. Mental wellness, leadership development, and mentorship are at the core of everything we do.
